The Beit Trust and Saga Charitable Trust gave grants enabling the building of the regions first children’s home at Shine Village. The work was completed in 2016 however severe storms caused damage to the home and additional work needed to prepare the building for residents was completed following an additional grant from The Saga Charitable Trust and fundraising through Jubilee Church Hull. The home reopened on September 12th, 2018. UKLED Lighting again donated all LED lighting used.
