Teams across the UK join to raise funds

In Hull the caped crusaders came, they ran, they overcame the Inflatable Course!!

Deborah and Paul Wood, two of the Shine Trustees, made up the team of 12 enthusiastic Shine supporters, ready in capes and masks to take flight across the 5 K inflatable course! Despite pretty low temperatures, everyone completed the courses and every obstacle with huge smiles!

Thank you to all who took part and to everyone who gave to encourage the team – you are awesome as together over £1,200 was raised!!

Young filmmaker Luke recorded the team. We think he’s done an amazing job – take a look

Some of the funds have already been used to buy benches for the hall as the plastic chairs have seen better days. These benches will help seat the growing congregation which meets every Sunday and for a variety of groups which meet throughout the week.
