A grant has been provided in response to the needs of the 5 families we are supporting. The grant will provide new mattresses, blankets and pillows for each child and repairs to a wheel chair which was in such bad repair it couldn’t be used.
Most people in the villages sleep on fertiliser sacks on the mud floors . The floors are hard and become very cold as winter sets in. After spending time with these families the team decided that an investment in their living conditions needed to be made.
